Haha, Thank you very much! I've been doing very well, and you? You look great! I know I havn't posted an update, which I will try to do tonight. I'm pretty sure I've gained/leaned out a little more but we'll find out with the pics tonight. Keep it up girl- You've come a ways!

Sounds like the right foods. Try cycleing your carbs/fat. Mon-Fri go High(er) protein, very low carb, and moderatley high fat. Weekends, go high carb and drop fat intake. This will replenish glycogen stores/repair tissue on the w/e yet your body doesn't switch back to burning carbs as fuel that quickly so your body still burns fat all w/e. You force your body to remain burning fat as its primary source of energy and keeps your metabolism guessing/going strong.

Hey man, EAT a high protein meal w/ a high amount of complex carbs about an hour pre-workout. This provides your body with amino's during workout to remain anabolic (working out puts you in a catabolic state) and provide an extra drive with the release of complex carbs.

Thanks man, glad you took interest. I'll post a new blog soon. Honestly, I don't count calories. I eat as much as I can, literally & forcefully, keeping the meals as high protein as I can. I look more at protein and base everything else off that number, calories mean nothing to me. Mon-Fri=250g Pro, 250g Carbs, 50g fat. Sat-Sun=250g Pro, 400g Carbs, 100g fat... Totals up about 2,500 Calories a day, its not total cals that matter, its source of cals that matter.

There you go man.. awesome transformation so far. Reminds me of mine a lot. Time to start lifting intense to bring the definition & size out bro. Slow the cardio and put your intensity into resistance training. let your muscles burn the rest of the fat and keep your fat/simple carb intake low until you get nice and cut. I did my transformation with hardly any cardio in 9 months from close to where you started.

Haha hell ya. Love watchin highlight reals of him on the tube knockin dudes out. Crazy speed- first punch knocked dude out but he hit him 4 more times before he fell with that same left hand- nuts. Would love to see him and his confidence (or cockyness lol) get into the octagon.
