Almost died. was at 420 lbs. Something cicked and I decided to lose some. Now im 180 lbs. and working out 6 days a week. and enjoying every moment of it.
Why I Love It:
The self recognition. The Feeling of accomplishment. The friends and cool people at the gym.... and the pump :)

I applaud you on your success. Having lost over 250lbs myself, I know the difficulty you faced. Stick with it, you will be able to achieve anything in life at this point. I am told that only a few people can achieve what we have, but I assure them, that anybody dedicated enough can change.

Hey I've just see your "Inspiration of the Week" article, and I just wanted to say congratulations man, that's awesome. Genuinely amazing stuff, keep up the good work!
Congrats on your weight loss and transformation. As somebody who is in the first of a nine inning transformation, your story is very inspirational and motivating to let me know that it can be done. Great job!
