How I Started:
Back injury way back in High School. Got bit by the iron bug bad. Bought a cement filled weight set and went at it.
In college lifted for fun and continued to make good solid gains.
Why I Love It:
Love being able to make physical changes in my physique. I love the pump.
How I Stay Motivated:
I try to keep a positive attitude and I change up my routines every 90 days to avoid getting stale. Like finding other ways to cook the foods I like and respond well to.
My biggest challenge right now is that the only time I can realistically workout is 5:30am... So I get up at 5am and don't have enough time to eat anything except for my pre-workout drink. My strength endurance is waning mid-way through my sets. Any advice beyond having a good protein shake before bed?
