mdaniels30 My biggest challenge right now is that the only time I can realistically workout is 5:30am... So I get up at 5am and don't have enough time to eat anything except for my pre-workout drink. My strength endurance is waning mid-way through my sets. Any advice beyond having a good protein shake before bed? Cheers, MD Nov 15, 2007 7:59am
