I Have Somethings Going On In My Life Right Now, Mostly Bad Judgement On My Part, And I Wanted To Turn My Life Around And Get My Mind And Body Back. I Live Basically 30 Yds. From The Gym On Base So I Decided To Talk A Friend Into Going With Me. PLUS I'm In Competition With My Mother, Who At 44 Looks Great And Puts Me To Shame, LOL...So Far It's Been Working And I Have A LOT Of Support, Which Helps. We'll See How Far I Take It...
Why I Love It:
It Helps Keep Me Steadfast In My Life Goals, And Makes Me More Confident In Situations I Am Really Not Comfortable In.

The Motivation I Need Is All The Doubter's And Neigh Sayers. I Also Listen To Hatebreed, Because Without Them, None Of This Would Be Possible..

I Am Currently On A 3 Day Mass Building Workout Program That I Found And Customized It To My Liking. I Work Out Monday, Wendnesday, And Friday And Rest The Other 4 Days.
I Do 1 Set Of 10 Reps. I Up The Weight By 5 Lbs. Upon Completion Of 10 Reps. If I Only Get 7-9 Reps I Stay At That...
