We lift weights and manipulate our diets so that we'll look good naked. Sure, it's healthy too, and we'll probably live a longer and more productive life than the average guy, but mostly it's about the naked thing.
What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Bulking...I eat anything I can get my hands on...within reason of course. I dont eat crap fast food.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
It depends on the excercise and how much weight Im doing. If Im doing light to medium weight for reps Ill go in the 8 to 10 range. Heavy weight for strength Ill go in the 3-6 range. What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Id say Flat BB Bench Press. Theres so much that can go wrong. There are so many muscles involved, alot of times this excercise can cause shoulder issues. The bar can slip and cause ligament damage or fall on your throat or chest. I dunno, its a fun excercise sometimes, but not really the safest. Id say Flat BB Bench Press.
