I started training properly in 2001. I had just started uni and hadn't trained with heavy weights before. I found a gym which had a decent weights area, and it had everything i would need, squat rack, bench press etc. I had wanted to train in a gym like this and now I could.
Why I Love It:
I love weight training. I love getting under a loaded squat bar. I love/hate leg days. I met my best friends in the gym too.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have never had a problem getting motivated. I just love the gym. I guess that you could say that my motivation now is to come in the top five in the world at World Drug Free Powerlifting Champs in November
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing special, came 2nd in my first bodybuilding comp and DNP in my second. Messed up my comp prep, couldn't be assed with it.
Started competing in Powerlifting this year and came 2nd in the regional and 5th in the UK and qualified for the worlds, not bad for a rookie year :)

It has been a while since my last post. I was just about to start an off season training routine back in October 2007. Well the training has gone well as well as the eating and I was able to put on a good deal of size over the last 5-6 months. I managed to keep my bodyfat the same...

The lgsciences stack is working well for me. I've put on probably about 7 or 8 lbs since starting the masterdrol. I just recovered from the flu, so I don't know how much of the gains is recovery gains. I went from about 202 to back up to 210. I am noticing increased glycogen retention and increased energy in the gym.
I prefer the masterdrol in pill form like it use to be, but its liquid form is doing the trick too. I am stacking it with methyl 1 D which ive never taken before. Im not gaining much weight but i am bigger and more solid and ripped. One negative for me at least is Im feeling a reduce in my pump so i might have to pick up something to boost it. Any suggestions? posting progress pics in 2 weeks, take care man
man i liked the methyl 1-D but it didnt give me the energy that is says it will, it definately helped cut me up. Im on a Test. booster right now called Liqui Letro and man so far its the best stuff ive ever tried!
The thing with aplodan is that after about 2 weeks of taking it, it feels like someone is cutting my muscles with a knife or something (can't be explained)at random times then goes away, but its nothing serious, it is doing wonders for my lifts and physique as far as I can tell
yea bro I can tell it's working great for ya. Stacked, the leukic, gakic, and aplodan have done wonders for me in the gym although they are a lil over exagerated due to marketing. I find that I can actually squeeze out like 2 more extra reps into most of my sets where as before I took the three I would have to like give in in the middle of me trying to push out another rep.
Impressive balanced and shredded physique in your pics. Weight chart looks like you're packing on more muscle mass now. Great work! Keep pumping and posting.
