My goal is to cut my body weight to 165 lbs. Additionally, I want to cut my body fat percentage to around 12%.
Goal (Long):
When I entered college I was scrawny at 150 lbs but I gained weight in college through better eating and exercise and hit my optimal 165 where I looked and felt great. After college I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and I ballooned to over 200 lbs. I am trying to get back to my healthy weight and be in better shape than I was then. I would like to have better muscle definition than I did then but primarily I want to focus on shedding my excess weight out of concern for my health. Looking better will simply be a bonus. :-)
So.... I got my labwork back from the doctor's office and I have to say I am quite proud of myself. In addition to losing 17lbs since about October I have also managed to improve my numbers across the board.
