haha thats tight man. you show those persians yea kind of. I have weightlifting at school, and I'm doing martial arts now so I think thats gonna get me some weightloss. If I just had a diet I would be droppin pounds. but I hate thinking of diets. The ones I make are either too much, or not enough nutrition.

I doubt theres a funner way to do it though. lol I used this one calorie counter calculator for activities, I put biking for 240 minutes at about 9-10 miles an hour It said I should have burned 2000 calories. thats like a day of food man.

haha yea. I remember being the best friend last year to this girl I liked, but that was it. lol. Hey, I went on a 22 mile bike ride this morning. It took about 5 hours, and my ass hurts as if somebody raped me. Do you think the trip is worth the amount of calories I burned? I don't even feel like I lost alot.

thats good. eh, i'm going along slowly. lost maybe 3 or 4 pounds already. all i did was eat less, and be more active. I'm getting braces tomorrow so i'm gonna lose some weight there, and thats gonna be kind of like my kick off to losing weight. cool so tell me how the toning goes

cool man, i'm waiting for school to be over with to start this because i got to study for finals and all that shit. so probably next week at latest i will start working out and stuff. I'll get back to you with results after about a week of doing this. by unhealthy diet do you mean you starved yourself? or did you eat junk?

thats good. it sounds like what i'm about to do. lol I was planning on working out 3 days a week, walking 2 miles on the days i worked out, and swimming a whole hell of alot on the days i don't workout.

yea brown rice is good. Hey, i'm just curious, could you give me a few details of what you did to lose weight back when you were 280 lbs? like did you count your calories, how many calories did you eat a day, and how often and what type of cardio you did? I'm just wondering how to plan out my schedule. btw, could you give me a link or something to your transformation of the week thing, i looked for it when you told me, and just remembered again.

yea, i just hate trying to find foods that are good for you, and equal out to 1800 cals a day. i'd rather not eat then eat less. but I have to eat for my metabolism I guess

thats good. i know your not bullshiting because shit, if you've gone from that fat pic of you to this, then you obviously know alot. to tell you the truth, i don't give a shit about maintaining my muscle. I'm not even that stron, so its not a big loss if I lose some muscle. I'm just gonna eat hella little, and run. I'm gonna try to drop as much weight as I can over this summer.

I'm gonna lose first, but you told me not to lose muscle, so how many calories should i eat a day to ultimately lose fat and not muscle?

yo, i found my bmr on one of those calculators online, and its about 2000- 2500 calories per day. I'm not sure if thats right or not, but if i workout and do cardio how many calories should I go with per day, because i want to eat little enough to lose fat, but enough to gain muscle.
