you got to find a good plan man, dont do a diet just make a life style change, i changed my diet like 4 times and im back on the one i found easiest and its the one that makes you eat healthy lol not any really hardcore precise **** just a healthy eating style, im bulking right now so i eat a lot but still its all just basic food
yea man im beasting it out the next 6 months on a hudge bulking cycle, plus im being leonitis for holloween so i needed to get bigger lol but yea man i got to get new pics up soon. How you been doing man? on a new program or anything like that
honestly i was always the best friend to a lot of hot chicks, but just the best friend, now that i lost the weight im still single but on my choice now lol so its pretty sick
Im starting a toning cycle to get rid of excess skin for the next month or so see how it works. if i dont get good results based on skin tightening with the toning im going back to bulking. Hows ur program coming along
my unhealthy diet was basically eating about less then 1200 calories a day because i thought i was eating more. like i would each **** and be like wow thats to much so i would cut it out then realize when i actually did start counting calories in like march that i was eating like absolutely nothing, and since then my diet went u and ive gained an ass of muscle
My cardio was walking honestly i would walk about 2 miles a day in the morning and did lifting 5 times a week. The lifting was Mon-chest and tri, Tues-Bicep, Wends-Shoulder, Thurs-back, fri-legs... Oh and swimming laps till i couldn't any more for fun lol
I didnt count calories i just didnt really eat healthy which i dont recommened. But a sample day of eating is 3 egg whites and 2 wheat toast for breakfast, Lunch can of tuna maybe some mustard on wheat pita or bread, dinner was usually what my mom cooked but i took half of what i normally would, Ex normal 2 hamburgers 1 hot dog and fries i would only have 1 hamburger and some salad. I cut out all soda all chips, fried foods, basically any junk food in general.
all good **** man honestly just stay away from fatty meats and high complex carbs like rices and pastas stick to veggies and fruits and if u do have rice or pasta make sure its brown or wheat
well u still wanna eat because if you dont your metabolism will die, liek i said eat about 1800 calories a day take in a good amount of protein and little carbs and with your cardio you should do fine man, **** muscle till you drop some fat then worry about strength lose like 15lbs then start gaining muscle i say
Alright man so i dropped 5 lbs while maintaining my strength, still benching 220 as apart of my 5x5 but my body officially got use to the new diet so losing weight is ganna be capable while gaining muscle mass. Letting you know just so you know im not Bull ****ting you on my knowledge bout ****
don't worry bout losing muscle, cut calories about 1800 a day a good amount of protein not a lot of fat and carbs cut down. Run every other day and do crunches and pushups whenever ya want dotn worry about muscle for a month
