How I Started:
Started going to the gym halfway through 2008, just doing the odd bit of cardio and light weights, then ive started bodybuilding with my cousin as of january 2009.
Why I Love It:
I love looking up to my Dad, he pushes himself and always seems motivated, i idolise that. Also ive always been in to fitness, looking up to the greats such as Arnold, Lee priest, Franco Columbo, Leu Ferrigno and Flex Wheeler. Im also a fan of Mariusz Pudgonovski.
How I Stay Motivated:
Me and my cousin push eachother to the limit, i always think of what i can achieve if i stick at it, no matter how hard it gets. I live my life by the phrase: "I hated every minute of training, but i said, Don't quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion"-Muhammad Ali
