That's right, and when I cut out the carbs I feel better too. I eat a lot of veggies, frozen and fresh. I eat them with every meal. People will tell you it's dangerous and this and that, but if your body doesn't like carbs it doesn't like carbs. I mean, some vegetarians are vegetarians b/c their bodies just don't do well with meat! Do what feels right, not what everyone tells you. You look great!

I'm no doctor, and if what your doing is working than your doing something right. But I would say try cutting out some of the unnecessary supplements to see what happens. Keep in mind they will tell you anything to make money from you..... Unless you are taking controlled substances I don't think many supplements make much difference if you are eating what you should. I spend my money on quality natural protein sources (food) instead of the supps. Can't hurt to try right??

You should really do the comp on april 25th with me! It's here in Tucson and you're already in great shape it can't hurt you. We can train together for it- and I have sponsors! You can get it on some of that with me..let me know
