How I Started:
I worked out a little in high school, but I really had no idea what I was doing. In college, I just started reading Flex and M&F to learn more; plus, I took kinesiology classes so I would know what I was doing.
Why I Love It:
It gives me a boost of confidence, makes me feel great, and makes me look good.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking in the mirror, reading fitness magazines, watching training videos for top pros, and studying people at the gym who look the way I want to look.

Testing week has come and gone, and the results where amazing!!!  Coming off the first six weeks of my new program, all the lifts tested went up.  My deadlift went up dramatically.  Since I'm sitting at 392 lbs for my max, my next goal will be 400 lbs... a good milestone to pass for a small...
