I made this pic when is was crunshing i think that's the reason you see the abs better. great effect :D
Afther a brake because of injurires and i was a little bit to young. I restarted at May 2008 and 11 month's later i had got a new phone so i tested the camera a little bit.

Afther the last sesion pics on my galerie i had many injuries and ****. I realised that i was maybe to young for fitness. So from then until May 2008 i haven't fitnessed. From May until now im going good here some fast pics ( because i had a new mobile phone ) and this summer i upload some serious pics.
Right now I am in full offseason mode, so my stats are bigger than normal for such things as waist, etc...but here it is for what I know offhand.
height - 5'11"
weight - 207 lbs.
Neck - 17 1/2"
Chest - Not sure
Waist - 33-34"
Quads - 27"
Arms - Just under 19"
Calves - 17 1/2" (need to work on this)

in youre younger ages because i'm still growing in length and i think my upper body looks maybe not so big as my lower body so i have to work more on the uppper body then my muscle groups form more one complete body. First i have a 6 weeks weight gain program and after that my legs are gonna rest for some months.
thanks, 2 centimeters to go for my calves and i want some more defenition in my quads if i have acomplished that i gonna focus even moren than i do now on my upperbody. Because my lower body is pretty big ( for my age etc. ) and you must take care about fitness
