How I Started:
Wanted to gain some size so started lifting met a bodybuilder and he got me into it I loved it did my first show the next year.
Why I Love It:
I like working out cause i like to take care of myself and like the challenge of sclupting my body trying to achieve a good balance
How I Stay Motivated:
Im a good self motivator but also some great lifting partners and friends keep me on course
BB Accomplishments:
First of all just being able to change ur body is an accomplishment.
I have taken 4th in the Mister Denver competition my first show did alot of preperation on my own. and 3rd In the Wyo Open

Goal (Long):
I have lifted weights for along time I feel im finally at a weight that i like and can compete at. But I want to get a good shredded look with out losing alot of mass. Two goals i have set for my self are bigger arms and and rear delts. I know its all within reach and thanks to my lifting partner Bad Boy B I will get there.

My workouts are going very well! I have taken a bunch of tips from Maria's training and I am improving every week. I hope to be ready in time for the show on April 26th!
