What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
If thats what they need to do then it´s OK¨even though I don¨t do it.

What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Sharp pain in lower back towards the left side. Dehidrated C5 disc joint.
Two months inactivity and no more squats or deadlifts.

Just gonna hit the weights like crazy again. I know I´m seeking refuge from self confrontation but what the hell, my body will thank me for it. Eating OK even though I´m not getting hungry as usual because of depression. Seeing positive results and will put some new pictures up later...
