when i hit the gym nothing else matters i put on what i want to listen to and the outside world disappears. there is no turning back i lift unless i have the flu and can't do it a cold does not slow me down i am a machine and i will reach my goals i have set out to get.
I never thought quiting smoking would be so hard to do but it has been a hard road . I started when i was about 16 and have tried to quit before thinking that one or two a day was ok but not realizing that it wasn't so i finally decided if i am to hit my goals i have set out to achieve i will...
I think this is a win/win situation because your comments really helped make my day :) I really appreciate the very kind words and how thoughtful you are. I thank you for the support and your friendship - looking forward to keeping in touch - hope you have a good weekend ~ Jen
I try to be. When you have a mental image of what you want, makes it that much easier. Plus one day, I want to be able to go back to the people who were cruel and be slightly intimidating- people are easily intimidated when they see motivation in others. You look amazing as well :)
"Negative people motivate me" how revealing and so true - tell me I can't do something, and watch what happens :) I'll send some over to you from my supply should you ever run low - just whistle :)
Hello Mystery Man! Thank you so much for the friendship invite:) Your profile made me smile, while you keep things close to the vest, your sense of humor shines thru as well as your hard work.
