How I Started:
I used to watch my dad do it. Then when being in the wheelchair pretty much became a perminant thing, I realized i want to get into shape. Lol, and be the best looking guy in a wheelchair.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it helps you understand your own body a lot more.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by my friends and family seeing a difference and continualy pushing me to keep going and try harder.
BB Accomplishments:
1st time benching over 100lbs.
