What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Singlet/t-shirt with board shorts. Shorts are a fucking side easier to squat in than tracky pants. Lose flowing shirts are cooler to wear.(pun intended)

Phillip, chill bro. We were talikng about the back and arms. Pullups works the back and arms at the same time. All I was saying is if you incorporate them into your routine, it will make a big difference and you will see some massive gains quick. That all I was saying.
Cutting is simple. Yes you bulk freakin nice. Now we will cut because at 14 and 171, 10 lbs more then me and basically you are bigger then me....hate you..lol. We will work on the getting you trim but ripped. We will talk soon.
