How I Started:
My mom and I has just gotten into a fight and I enlisted the help of a trainer. We worked out together for several months and she suggested I par-take in a fitness camp. After the weekend was over she told me that she thought I could try a show out. I trained for 10 weeks and was a totally new person. I could not imagine not doing this now.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of accomplishment that I have when I am done working out. Each day is a new adventure. Going a little harder and becoming stronger make me feel empowered.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a wonderful training partner at the moment who meets me at 4:30 a.m.!! However, I motivate myself by seeing all the progress I have made over the past year and a half and all the possibilities that the future holds for me! I believe I can achieve great things one day!
BB Accomplishments:
I have competed in four competitions. Two last year and two this year. They have all been Level 5 shows and I am excited to improve each year!
