How I Started:
I first started when I was 14. I lived on a Marine Base and had acess to a great weight room and lots of gung ho marines as role models. I progressed to Martial Arts and Yoga....
Why I Love It:
I love the feel of my body when it is fit and toned. I enjoy getting pumped and feeling sore. I like seeing the results in the mirror.
How I Stay Motivated:
Physics! Garbage in does not equals garbage out! Pay now, or pay later! If it's meant to be...it's up to me!
BB Accomplishments:
Becoming certified by the Cooper Clinic as a Personal Trainer and a Wellness Program Director. I have never competed.

this is the result of two months strict diet (first three weeks juice fasting only)= 22 pounds lost.

Recently began using No-Explode prior to my workouts.  Wow! I have been able to discern noticable differences immiadetely.  My work out time has been cut almost in half.  I power through and am ready for more.  Same with my cardio training...I can go on- and-on-and on......it is...

Hi Hank, Frank Zane.com He offers his Zane Experience. One on One training at his private gym in San Diego. Best thing I ever did for myself. He is now 64 and in great shape. One of the nicest guys I ever met. He really knows how to take you from point A to B in the shortest time. I highly recommend the trip. Oh and yes that was a younger me in the profile just to remind myself how great I use to feel. Just because we age doesn't mean we can't be in good shape. Good Luck. GF
