Being down 30 lb’s in 10 weeks is perfect. The experts never want you to lose more than 2 ½ to 3 lb’s per week as they say more than that usually results in the person gaining the weight back. Keep up the fantastic work and become an example to others. I wish you focus, strength and continued determination.
What worked for me and allowed me to achieve my fitness dreams and lose over 50 lb’s, and go from 36 to 10% bodyfat in only 12 weeks was following the Body for Life program. It is not super easy nor is it so hard that you won’t be able to achieve your goals. I find that you get the best results by following a well-designed program and that is what I found with BFL. If you challenge yourself you will be amazed at the changes and how fast they happen.
