I hope to gain some muscle mass this winter and greatly improve my bench press. Work on chest development and increase bicep size by two inches.
Goal (Long):
I have been working with a rotor cuff injury and have had to drop the amount of weight I work out with. I have been working to improve by bench press to over the 225 level.

Tuesday 12/5 Back, Biceps, Forearms, Abs
Sounds like a tough day but it seemed easy. I always feel much better after working out. Some folks treat working out like a chore that they hate to do each day. I really love it.
