My workout program consists mainly of one week lifting as heavy as I can for 4-6 reps (3 sets). After that workout I run or fat burn.
My contrary cut workout consists of exercises set for 10-15 reps (3 sets). Also I run, fat burn, or swim.
I do chest, shoulders, tris, abs on Monday and Thursday
I do legs on tuesdays and fridays.
I do lats, traps, bi's, back on Wednesday and Saturday.
I rest on Sunday. |
