How I Started:
I started with a friend of mine who wanted to lose weight for the military. I just got into it. I did it in highschool but wasn't as into it then.
Why I Love It:
It helps me challange myself and gives me a sense of accomplishment. I love the intimidation that comes from it although I'm not one to start trouble. I like to look sexy too.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at my idles like Sly Stallone.
BB Accomplishments:
Put on over 50 lbs of muscle and benching 315lbs (finally).
I want to be around 230lbs. But at 7 or 8% body fat. In short I want to look diesel. I also want to keep in good cardio shape as well as remaining flexible with good muscular endurance.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 70 lb

Thanks man! I'm eating 4 solid meals a day and two shakes that's enough for me to maintain my size. I been trying to stick to steak, salmon, tuna, low sodium rice cakes, chicken salads and lots of gatorade and water along wit my supps. So everything works pretty well for me and it helps me stay solid and cut. ttyl man
