I have trained weights in many years now, but its not before august 2006 i started real hard and real heavy. I have done a lot of reading about training and bodybuilding. When i first started real heavy (6-8 reps) i started to se some great result on my body. I learned a lot from ast sport science (www.ast-ss.com) and from that day on its just been better and better!
Why I Love It:
I love to push my selfe, and se how far i can go. I like the feeling of getting the pump in the gym as Arnold said;) and to se how my body can be enproved by setting goals in the gym and my way of living.
How I Stay Motivated:
I basicly stay motivated by getting results on my body and always try to be better. When i see people that has a mutch better body than me i wanna train even harder.

That is NOT you. This is pictures of a famous model. And I dont think he would put his pictures on bodybuilding whitout getting paid. I bet youre really fat in the realworld. haha
