How I Started:
I got started because I just Love the gym everything about the gym makes me happy. When I'm sad I go there when I'm mad I go there and for the time I'm there nothing else matters. And I love being fit. I always want to look good and feel good about the way I look. I love how hard it is to get in great shape and all the changes and the ups and down of it all. I love helping people get in shape and change their lives. I know I used the word love alot but I really do Love it. Like is just not a powerful enough word.
Why I Love It:
It's my gateway to happiness in everything I do. I'm always happy when I'm in the Gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just want to always be in better shape than the next guy. That keeps me working hard. It feels sooo good when you see your body change from week to week.

We ll i did a nutrtion analysis and it showed me what I needed to get more of. Then I altered my routine from sets of 20-15-15-12 to sets of 15-12-10-8 while at the same time being able to up my weight across the board about 15-20lbs.
