"Semester ended 5/9/08, got a little break until summer school begins, but I have been going hard and maintaining consistency. I'm almost where I need to be in terms of endurance and strength. just one more set, one more rep, one more workout, and one"
I was instrumental in starting a bodybuilding contest in my past, and seeing the competitors and being around a competitive atmosphere profoundly inspired me to compete.
Why I Love It:
It's the fountain of youth!
How I Stay Motivated:
A burning desire to compete!
BB Accomplishments:
2006 Diamond Gym Powerlifting Champion
2007 Natural Northeast Bodybuilding & Figure PRO-AM Championships
Men's Masters over 40-4th Place
Men's Heavyweight Novice-3rd Place
Semester ended 5/9/08, got a little break until summer school begins, but I have been going hard and maintaining consistency. I'm almost where I need to be in terms of endurance and strength. just one more set, one more rep, one more workout, and one
Goal (Long):
Right now my long term goal is to win my pro card in the Master's over 40 division and the Men's open heavy division. Ultimately, I look forward to competing for a long time. My long term goal is to keep at this harder than ever! Any heads out there trying to hold on to their' spots, I'll be seeing ya! :) Peace!
I keep my reps high, even with heavy weight, hitting between 15 and 20 reps if possible.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Not long at all because my workouts are highly intense and I superset a lot. So I go from one exercise to the next within seconds, especially if I am training two bodyparts simultaneously.
Why I like this video: It is of Arnold posing at the 1975 Mr. Olympia, and it shows his attitude and his tendency to joke around even at the expense of the competition-there's no doubt he knows that he's going to win!
this is from a book I'm penning called the Superior Fitness Manual
This principle that I am about to introduce to you is one that I developed over the course of years of training and competing. I will recommend this principle for anyone to instinctively adopt it to fit his or her...
Enjoying life as usual. Perfect weather for out door cardio morning, noon and night here. Training hard and focused on my next competition. Nice to hear from you Richard as always :)
You know, that statement sounded so much like me in regards to philosophy and other things, I'm trying to figure out why I never put the two together.
Trust me, there's no doubt in its effectiveness. Just more questions and you are the source. Hhhhmmm, this gives me a new outlook. *Goes back to drawing board*
Good to see you're still maintaining the consistency. Actually, I started your routine early and I like it. It forces me to take days off like I probably should too.
He he he, so how the heck you manage to gain strength on this routine? Low reps or something?
How you been?
I did some thinking and came up with a start month of June. Probably sometime after my birthday . After or on the day I pig out on ridiculous amounts of red meat.
You got any bodypart pairing suggestions?
LOL! I am a kitten and also a dancer that knows how to samba. Therefore I am henceforth "Sambakitten." Or "Sambakitten the Great." Or "Sambakitten of the White Hair." Whichever you prefer.
