How I Started:
I dabbled in high school because of wrestling and all the sports i played. I just had a thing for strength and big lifts for as long as I can remember. Ended up joining the Air Force and got into it some more. Worst thing to do though is think that oh i'm ok to miss this workout than it snowballs and you are right back where you started... no more i'll be a contender again!
Why I Love It:
The feeling come on! The ringing in your ears after a squat or the lunch tickling the back of your throat... nothing sweeter.
How I Stay Motivated:
The idea that one day i will have two yes two quality abs!
BB Accomplishments:
565 pound dead lift, 340 pound bench, and 495 pound squat all back in summer of 2006...=/
