My fitness goal is to lose 20lbs of fat and become tone and lean.
Goal (Long):
I'm ready to transform my body into the healthy, athletic body it yearns to be. I've never been "overweight" but I find it difficult to maintain my ideal weight 130-135 for a long period of time without yoyo-ing back up to 150lbs. I would like to get my bodyfat percentage down to 20-23% and want to form a great pair of strong, thick athletic legs in place of the thick flabby ones I currently have :-/ I'm also aiming to add a nice hard rear end to the package to round off being in the best physical shape of my life. More importantly I want to maintain this new physique and get good at it before I have kids so I don't pass on any unhealthy habits to them.
Establish my personal website project to a profitable point where I can easily support my parents financially and give them a great, stress-free retirement without financial concern.

Which supplements do you take? When do you take them?
Hydroxycut, I cycle it, one week one, one off till I reach my goals. I take no more than 1 per day when I'm on cycle, 20-30 mins before I work out.
Was pretty disappointed the Trainer flaked on me yesterday morning, no call no show! Still had a good workout regardless. Today decided to workout at home, ran on the tread but was just one of those days, found it hard to get into my run and called it quits after 20 mins in favour of running...
