I was preparing for my first year of football. Once I touched my first barbell I was hooked.

The feeling you get after an intense workout and you just look back at the weights and think, I did that.

I'm thinkin about goin back to the workout that made me strong, its good for 5-10 lbs a week, on maxes. Works on most lifts.

yeah dude, i love lifting in gyms at like on base or with just bigger guys in general. i always get stares when they see someone like me do sets of 350 for deadlift.

nooo ****ing clue. ever since off season ended, my bench has gone up. my squat has stayed the same. I dont really have the motivation to do legs at the moment.. kinda sucks. I think I can get away with not working my legs for awhile.

cause my mom won't let me eat it cause of the stupid salmonella crisis ... blah. you can do it man.. 20lbs in a year is easy to attain w/ some fat gain. thats what im doing. i want to get to 150lbs by next school year.

haha yeah, i hated making weight for powerlifting and wrestling. but now we can bulk up as much as we'd like now that the season is over. ugh i want some ****ing peanut butter!!!!

hah well its a good habit to have for when you get older, you know. better to start when your younger than when you've already gained like 30lbs of fat as an adult and then realize the importance of a sound nutrition. but yeah I'll take the tips you gave me about deadlift into consideration. lol look into muscle milk. go ask the forum what is a good weight gainer.

haha nice. i haven't had ice cream, or sweets, fast food, soda, in over 2 years. increase your fat intake. that will get you swole .. trust me. peanut butter ftw. before the salmonella bull**** I was eating peanut butter non stop.
