How I Started:
I started to work out with weights in 2006, but in 2007 I started to workout regulary. In 2008 I started to take bodybuilding more seriously and did a lot more workouts focusing on hypertrophy.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because I love to challenge myself, and it's a physical challenge every time I step into the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by reading articles at bodybuilding.com and watching bodybuilding videos such as "Pumping Iron", "Ripped to Shreds" and "Cost of Redemption"
He has given people a lot of good information, worth gold for bodybuilders. (especially natural ones) Both X-reps and 3D POF are fantastic techniques bodybuilders can use to achive great muscular gains. Jonathan has already proven that it is possible to build the body of a pro bodybuilder, without the use of steroids. Thanks!
