I STARTED LIFTING WEIGHTS EARLY IN HIGH SCHOOL FOR RUGBY AND FOOTBALL BUT IT TURNED INTO SOMETHING I ENJOY.
Why I Love It:

TO BE ABLE TO PREFORM AT A COMPETITIVE LEVEL OF RUGBY AGAIN. IN GENERAL AFTER A LONG BREAK FROM THE WEIGHT ROOM POINTING MY FOCUS ON RUNNING SWIMMING AND LONG WEIGHTED HIKING, I WANT TO BE READY FOR 15'S THIS FALL WITHOUT LOOSING AN EXAGERATED AMOUNT OF FLEXIBILITY NOR ENDURANCE.
