How I Started:
After having 4 kids including lastly twins. They just turn 2 and I can't stnd to see myself like this anymore!!!
Why I Love It:
For now I changed the way I eat (What I eat and the portions). I also walk for 1 hour second other day (for now). I started doing crunch but I think I am doing them wrong.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well that's my problem. I think I need help cause I dont feel anything is happenning right now. Let's hope I can find someone on here that can help me. My only motivation right now is that I WANT THIS MORE THAN ANYTHING!!!

Hello Barbara, welcome to the forum. I'm sure you'll find motivation and tips around here. If you "want it more than anything" you will get it! First tip would be to stay consistent. Eat well and workout regularly...and be happy about it! :)
