How I Started:
I have been lifting on and off since I was deployed with the navy for 6mo and needed to find something to do on my off time. Since I got out of the navy, it has been more off because I work full time have 3 kids, and go to school full time.
Now I am deployed with the navy again it will be more on for now.
Why I Love It:
It relieves stress and gives me energy.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the changes in my body, my kids look up to me.

Goal (Long):
I have been overweight since 2000. The heaviest I made it up to is 235. I was eating fast food for lunch and dinner, i was eating a lot too (a whole large pizza by my self). I have been on and off diets and in and out of the gym and made it all the way down to 200 then back up to 220. It came to a point this year where I have to make a change.
35 and high blood pressure, high cholesterol.
I want to be around for my kids and grand kids
I am tired of feeling tired all the time and getting winded walking up stairs.
plus I want people to notice me on the beach next summer.
