Started working out to get stronger and faster for Football and Track in high school.
Why I Love It:
I love being healthy and in shape to help prolong my life! I also love looking good and feeling good. I love being able to see the results from the hardwork i've put in. I love the compliments i receive from others.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by focusing on the goals i set out to accomplish and thats to get stronger and have that shredded look. Seeing results also keeps me motivated to continue working hard and perfecting my body.

This is a old picture when i was just working out and not eating right.
I've always wanted the Body of a Greek God or Comic Book Superhero! You know the kind that has the perfect body thats ripped and shredded so that you can see every detail of every muscle.
So i've been cutting calories, doing cardio and taking in low carbs since Monday, in an attempt to lower my bodyfat and its starting to get a little rough..LOL This is day 4 (Thursday) and mentally, more then physically, i can tell that i'm starting to get drained. I feel hot, hungry, and...

Thanks Mark! I'm getting ready to transition everything from cutting to bulking this Sunday so final cut photos this weekend (with a tan!).
How's training going? I see from your progress shots that your abs are coming along nicely. May I suggest adding 3 sets of ab planks and slow jackknives on a Swiss Ball to your ab regimen? You've got awesome abs that actually split in the middle and if you bring them in and tighten them by working the transverse abdominus, they're gonna look crazy.
