My goal for bench is up there... My current max is 225 Lbs i would like to have a max of 300 Lbs at the end of the year...I know this is going to take some crazy deication thats why i'm going everyday so i can hit all of my goals...

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
I would have to say not stretching before your workout and lifting to much with out a spotter.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Bench press would be my answer because when your arms give out then it has no other place to go other than down..
