How I Started:
I started about two years ago,Just walking and really didn't go to any gyms(thought I was to fat for a gym)But a couple of months ago my boyfriend started to work out and I thought maybe I could join him.I was already down 75lbs and feeling a lot better.So he took me in and I have falling in love with weight training..Now I know I can be one of those "hot mom`s".lol

Goal (Long):
Two years ago I was 200lbs and in a 21 year marriage,I was so depressed.. SO I decided to do something about it...The first step I took was put my runner`s on and started to walk, I walked out of my marriage, and lost 75lbs ..I met the man of my dreams and everyday he`s help me become a better person inside and out.So my new goal is to lose 20lbs and firm up.And to have a ass that he is proud of(and me to) lol..
