Reason: this is my goal. I know that no body is the same... but this is what i am striving for. Hack Squat has it in spades!!

Reason: i used to kind of have a mid section like yours, mine definately didnt stand out as much and the seperation between the abs and obliques were not as deep and clear. i also find it hard to gain weight, so hopefully after this bulking phase i will have put on a few kilos. great work overall keep up the good work.
