I love the pump, beating personal records, and it's so relaxing when you get done.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read forums, magazines. Seeing other people in shape motivates me and seeing other people out of shape motivates me cause I don't want that to happen to me.
BB Accomplishments:
Have worn off the logos on several bb.com shaker cups.
All I do for abs is decline crunches with 25-35 Lbs. of weights on my chest and knee raises in a captain's chair holding a 10Lb. ball in between my knees. One day, 2 sets of each a week. No kidding.
