HI Charlotte, weekend was ok, fell off the boat a lil, elbow tendon injury(too much weight) and I caught a cold (not the swine) heh, so I missed gym awhile n lost a few precious pounds,; ( but im back on track now tho! congrats on ur transformation, u are beutiful.

by the way id focus more on body fat as your guide, because as long as you got low BF numbers, you are fit no matter what weight that scale reads, let the pounds start reflecting muscle mass more then a measurement of fat. here is where sculpting begins

its pretty simple, muscle weighs more then fat, most BMI calculators dont take into account a person who might have an extra muscular physique.
they give answers based on very basic information, age,sex,hight, ect...
and if you want a back like mine, its extra muscle you need, which means more overall weight,
id recheck your BF% too by the way, im 11%, based on 3 sources... I think your a bit higher then you might think... which isn't a bad thing... hope to see new progress pics soon!

at your hight your goal weight of 175 lbs seems very low, id say 185-190 @ 10ish % BF..
id take advantage of the last bit of body fat you got and treat it as a bulking phase, hit heavy compounds exercises, Squats, Dead lifts ect...
