How I Stay Motivated:
motivation and good wellbeing is a gimme as long as you provide the body with the nutrients it needs to function properly and feel good, diet/health comes first, then weight training.
BB Accomplishments:
quiting illicit drugs and changing to healthy living, since then my body weight jumped from 138 to 186 due to proper health and body building

I alternate groups each workout day, in a 4 week period ill break down and fully recover each muscle group for a total of 6 times with plenty of rest in between.

I based my initial goal on the BMI...but the more I think about what you said...you are right. You got a method to help me understand how you got to those numbers for me?

I am actually starting to feel really good about my body. I am striving for a back similar to yours though...my back and especially my lower back is where I hold all my fat.
