For the basic exercises like bench press and squats I keep the weight heavy and the reps between 6-8. Everything else is about 10-12reps. I do between 5-8 exercises for each muscle group.

Whats goin on wit ya? Currently, I weigh about 200lbs. May be just under 200lbs. When I am bulking I eat about 6 or 7 times a day. Depends on what I am eating. I mainly focus on the total calories for the day though. I consume about 5,000cal/day when I am bulking.

What I do is get a specific diet and pound the cardio. The stair stepper works the best. I helps to develop muscle maturity in the gluts and quads. Also, the cuts in your calfs. I say burn calories and get a good diet.
