How I Started:
I have always been in shape with a build. After my senior year of highschool I decided to stop running track and cross country and focus on increasing my size. When I got to college, I was asked to do a bodybuilding show and I won my class. The rest is history.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding in my opinoin is a way of life. It is also a way to structure your daily life. The detail of a bodybuilders daily life has to be organized and executed almost perfectley. Bodybuilding allows me to challenge myself and strive for new platues.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking a picture of anyone and everyone that may have an edge over me. I mostly look at bodybuilders that are natural but sometimes I look at the professional guys too.
BB Accomplishments:
I have won an overall title and placed no lower than second in my class.

Yo. Thanks for the holla back. Right now I'm trying to gain weight myself. I eat like 6x a day. but I'm not sure if im eating enough at each meal. I should probably track calories better though, instead of just meals. Good looks yo.
thanks bro, will surely keep you posted i'm 11 weeks out right now.. right now for the next 30 days i'm hitting cardio twice a day 30-40 min. each session ... and my diet is kinda carb cycling mod-low and a refeed day every 3 days or so... just started heard alot of good stuff bout it so giving it a try...but keep it going bro , hoping to get lean like you...lets get it muscle and leaness...
