How I Started:
I have been working out since the time I started playing sports at about the age of 5. I started bodybuilding my freshman year of college. Much love to my boy Rob for introducing me to the sport/lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
I love the competition and the progress that I make while training for each competition. I love being the underdog that comes out on top. I love to live healthy and train hard.

i had gained some weight over the fall, and held onto it pretty good, but now I'm dropping again. No clue why, but it sucks...bad. You competing at all this year?
How are you doing bro? I am curious to know if interval cardio should be done on an empty stomach in the mornings? Keep up the good work bro...looking good.
lol trying to. i've switched focus a little bit. my hams got out of proportion so im doing more work for them, plus im trying something to tighten up the upper part of the quad, but the hip flexors. you got any suggestions for that?
naw man. like you i want to look better next time i get on stage, so i'm chilling this year. im actually squatting pretty good now though. the only thing i did was take some time off, and now i'm good. lol of course, now i have tendonitis in my elbow bad. gotta deal with that **** now. lol.
tru. so what do you recommend as far as squats and stuff go? because the pain is getting pretty bad; I feel it even on days when I'm just chillin around the crib. I don't think its a muscle injury or something that requires surgery, but the pain makes squatting uncomfortable, and my knees are starting to click when i bend them.
