Al--1961 PS: THANKS for even thinking I could do a BB comp. But in addition to not wanting to get semi-naked onstage, I'm not big enough. And really don't want to put myself (or my family) through the diet angst to get down to 5-8% BF. But kudos to folks who have the discipline to pull that off. Apr 9, 2012 1:33pm

Al--1961 I used to do a lot of biking years ago. Don't have the time to do much these days outside of my morning workouts. I did a couple fundraiser rides for the Am Diabetes Assoc in 2003 & 2004. 2 days rides from Raleigh to the coast (165 mi route 1st yr, 155 mi route 2nd yr). Those were fun. Mainly doing the sprint T just to give myself a goal in my workouts. Apr 9, 2012 1:31pm
