I am at about 123lbs and 21% bodyfat. My goal is to get down to 14% BF. Need to watch my diet (been slacking, lol)

BLOATED! and its really ticking me off. Had to take today and probably tomorrow off from the gym, my knees are in a bit of pain...

Not bad... not good either! At this time Im only working my back lightly once per week. I am now following a whole new regimen reccomended to me. We'll see how it goes!

The lines that were running horizontally on the top of my stomache have seem to have disappeared (woo hoo!) The 2 lines running vertically to the left of my bellybutton are actually sleep lines, lol! I take all my Progress pictures at the same time... in the morning when I just get up. Just thought I'd clarify! :0)

REALLY crappy pic quality, I know, I had to use the good ole'camera phone cause the digi is on the fritz, argh! But you get the general idea, and I am not seeing much of a difference myself anyhow.

My first "side view"! I am super bloated today, so these to pics are making me a lil' pissy (so is the fact that my Pitbull is in the background tearing up my bed. What a jerkface.)I am my own worst critic, and I feel I look tubby. To Hell with Mother Nature! AND PMS! hahaha!!!

I know its a crappy pic... but I am shocked at how fast my back is toning up and gaining muscle. Im seeing results very quickly in this area! I especially love my delts :0)
