I saw a picture of myself taken at a family function, and was disgusted at how out of shape I had let myself get! It's been a long process, but I'm almost to the final product.
Why I Love It:
I love trying to push my body to the limit, making it the best that it can be. It makes me feel good about myself to be taking care of my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about how far I've come, and know I don't want to go back.
And my very loving fiance' that pushes me to acheive my goals and believes in me 110%!

I've lost 45 pounds!

I am at about 123lbs and 21% bodyfat. My goal is to get down to 14% BF. Need to watch my diet (been slacking, lol)
BLOATED! and its really ticking me off. Had to take today and probably tomorrow off from the gym, my knees are in a bit of pain...
So... I was at the gym the other day, doing my "arm day". I always warm up with some cardio before I begin my lifting... and when I exercise... I do this thing called "sweating" I mean... I dunno... most human bodies do it when...
i am happy for your knees:-)but you should use glucosamine not for a periode..for a good result you should use everyday for a long time.i know that because me too i have serious problems on my shoulders...but everybody has his own system:-)....dont forget to warm up your legs before training..have a nice week end:-)
