manolito1977 . Dinner if I'm lucky. Before bed Casien Protien drink.I make sure I have a high protien intake, if not I get really weak. And the stress level here doesn't help either. Check out that link I sent you, It will help you better understand Kilocalories Protien, Carbohydrates and fats. If i was back home my meals would be so much better. manolito1977 Meals. pre-work out protien shake. post work out protien shake. Breakfast-2-4 eggs whole, grapefruit, 2slice whole grain wheat bread. Snack-OS trim beef/ostrich stick, simply fruit sometimes a protien shake. Lunch-this is the tough one because its always random. I try to pick grilled chicken, fish or just plain tuna and veggies. Snack will be tuna/chicken pouch, sometimes a protien shake. Jun 15, 2011 10:18pm

manolito1977 I don't have a specific meal plan. I'm deployed at the moment and the dining facilities here are random. So I do my best to select the best meal and hurry up and get out. Friday is my cheat meal for dinner because it's the only meal I know what they are serving. Jun 15, 2011 9:58pm

manolito1977 Hi HV2! That is a good question. I don't really notice a big difference day, noon or evening. It's pretty much a 2lb difference for me. I only step on the scale once a month. However, this week it's been everyday only because of the cardio machines here require your weight for kilocalorie burn. My weight jumps from 181-183lbs. Friday night is my cheat meal Steak and shrimp. The following morning the scale said 183lbs. lol Jun 15, 2011 12:04pm
