When I Started:
Jul, 2005
How I Started:
Well firstly i wanted to get big since i was very small you know, to get big arms to amaze everyone. But that dream was cooled down and became dormant until a few years back in 2005 when that passion i once had arose to taunt my mind almost daily.
When in university doing a nutrition course i realised that i was way below what it should be.Amedical personel where i took my bodyweight saw my weight compared to my height and told me i should consider lifting weights,i would get big fast.So i began finding out everything about weight lifting and gyms in my area when one of my friends who recently started back going to his gym invited me and from since then i was hooked ,with the feel of lifting weights, the atmosphere of the gym and my small accomplishments.
I have now been working out at home for a few months now.
Why I Love It:
Working out to be a bodybuilder is great ,the pump you get is just darn good .You also feel a sense of accomplishment in achieving a greater good when your scession is over.
How I Stay Motivated:
I try to stay motivated by making small workout goals like curling 100 lbs x 5 reps and trying to break it.
BB Accomplishments:
Squatting 150 lbs 3x10 rep

My goal is to eat healthy and do home exercises to gain 3-5 lbs by December 31st.
Goal (Long):
I have first started any weight training in 2005 since then the longest straight period trained is about 6 months and since i've faltered a lot.
Therefore my goal is to ; 1.be more disciplined in training and nutrition ,2.Eat healthier and in larger amounts,3.Restart workout at home this November with body weight workouts.
All so i can see a change in my overall health ,body and my self-esteem for now.(IN JESUS NAME AMEN.)
