Ok its been since May of 2007 since I've properly been on track working out. It's high time that I start back on a regimen to look as in shape as how I used to. I plan on sticking to it this time.
Day 1-Chest/Lats
Day 2-Shoulders/Triceps
Day 3-Biceps/Back
Repeat Cycle
Day off
I get cardio in for at least 10 mins every workout, either in warmup or cooldown. I only do extra cardio if my body tells me that I do. Also I try to get Abs in every other day.
